Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Proficient in testing activities for Web and Windows applications.
- Experience in writing test cases/plans and performing test execution for complex systems
- Experience in Test Management, Bug Tracking and Reporting Systems, Manual & Automation Testing, QTP & PLSQL/ SQL.
- Practical experience of Testing tools such as QTP/Vperformer/Mantis/Quality Center/ Win Runner/Project Portal, etc.
- Knowledge of Functional Testing, Structural Testing, Black Box Testing, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Good ability to understand software requirements and high level design and perform the testing and automation activities accordingly.
- Primarily responsible for testing of software applications (both web and desktop based) and thereby ensuring the roll out of an error free quality product.
- Work with the software team set up process which will help check the quality of the product at various phases of the project life cycle (SDLC).
- Preparation of Test Conditions, Data Guidelines for Test Data, Test Scripts, and Test Cases.
- Active participant in execution of Test Cases, Evaluation of expected results and preparation of Defect Report.

Orgainising Employee Engagement activities at site.

Detailed knowledge of Statutory Compliances is must
