|Job Title: Executive – MIS
|Report to: Head – Finance
|Summary: The role is to coordinate between three departments namely Finance, Process migration and Business development in terms of documentation and synchronizing the work flow and maintain an MIS as a single source of point.
- Collection of information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis from BD, PM and finance on trail, project, or account.
- Compiling all the information collected in an MIS
- Generating various reports as and when required for decision making
- Following up with the above teams on different points in the BD, PM and billing process life cycle
|Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Person should have at least 2 years experience in preparing MIS related to Project Management, Collections.
- Should have exposure to service oriented culture and work environment.
- Should have mastery on Excel and Analytical skills
- Should be meticulous and attention to details
