Job Description:

  •  To ensure correct levels of inventory are controlled and maintained at all times, by managing the number of BIN’s per article to specified level.
  •  Manage the inventory aging report and updating to management on time to time basis.
  • All inventory adjustments to be performed efficiently, accurately in a timely manner in accordance with the Warehouse Manager.
  •  To effectively control and manage all cycle count planning in     accordance to the company’s policies.
  •    Reporting the cycle count result with proper reasoning n the specified   period.
  •    To ensure periodic Cycle Counts take place as per the requirement.
  •    To maintain all the inventory count sheet / records properly.
  •    To interact with customer on Return pick up, return quantity, pick date, etc.
  •    Ensure timely scanning, accounting and binning of all returns during a specified time as per company policy.
  •    Ensure closure of all CN to customer within time line with proper reconciliation.
  •    Ensure timely replenishment of stock to BIN from bulk in order to strengthen the picking process.
  •    Ensuring all reports and data is shared on timely basis with Management.
  •    Performance management of each handler in the team and take necessary action to improve the same.

 

      Job Requirement:

  •  Minimum 1 year of experience into quality inspection and checking of returns at warehouses.
