Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales coordinator for the largest exhibition organizers in Asia. Our client is partners with The Economic Times and organizes exhibitions across verticals like Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Lifestyle, Real Estate and many more.


Established since 1993, professionally organizing international exhibitions and conferences in the Asian region.

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting all direct/indirect sales resources.

Job Description:

  • Work with Sales team and Marketing to assist with all administrative requirements associated with sales.
  • Responsible for preparing and reviewing the Daily Sales Report.
  • Coordinate with Sales Team to prepare and send out a daily communication to the entire sales team.
  • Coordinate Daily Sales Team meetings.
  • Responsible for ensuring proper signatures and file management of executed contracts.
  • Work with Relationship Management team to track all contracts that are coming up for renewal.
  • Assist with any sales presentations (printing/binding) or ‘Request For Proposal’ documentation (mapping).
  • Provide primary sales support to all direct/indirect sales representatives.
  • Fixing appointment of  sales managers with corporate clients.
  • Coordinate travel, manage calendar, and handle expense reports.

Job Requirement:

  • Only Female Candidates.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to think independently.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Word and Power Point, functional knowledge of Excel.

Job Description

Job Title: BD Executive / Management Trainee Function: Business Development
Report to: Manager BD

The primary responsibilities would be to contact ‘C’ level personnel via cold calling and e-mails and explain the products and services and set a meeting to discuss how the services can add value.

Primary Responsibilities:

1) List building and sourcing – Access the source list (websites) for building a directory of target companies.

2) Profiling – Understand and ascertain the company’s line of business requirements with our support offerings.

3) Appointment Setting –Contacting decision makers from various Industry classifications for setting up meetings. This would entail telephonic conversations with decision makers explaining them the service portfolio customized to their business requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • To make Client specific presentations
  • Assist in internal documentation
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Candidates with one year experience in B 2 B sales in any business sector. (Fresher can also be considered)
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good analytical and research skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and pleasing personality
  • Willing to work in shifts
