Job Profile-

The developer will be interacting directly with the client, over email and IM.

The developer will be part of a small team and will receive personal attention and guidance.

We will be working Monday to Friday. Work hours are from 11am to 8pm.

Summary: Performing the job of  Sr Software Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:  Will be responsible for designing and implementing several core, mission critical systems and enterprise level applications using some of the latest PHP technologies and frameworks. Coordinating and working closely with the Technical and Business Teams. Understanding project/system specifications.

Min Experience-2-3 yrs + into PHP, MySQL

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:  Solid fundamental knowledge on PHP, MySQL Minimum 1-3 years of work-experience as a PHP Developer on High Traffic Enterprise Driven Application is a plus A graduate in Computer Science or Diploma in related field is desired but not essential

Skills :

Advanced programming skills in one of the above technologies PHP

Object oriented programming and designing skills

Hands on experience in requirement gathering and analysis. Candidate should have done requirement gathering and analysis for a minimum of two projects in last six months to one year

Solution architecture and design experience for a minimum of two clients with medium to large size projects. A project above 20 man months of effort would be medium size and above 30 man months would be large size

Experience in database design

Should be able to handle a team of 4 to 6 people, assign tasks and monitor.

Should have strong communication skills

Testing of the application – manual and automated
