Job Description:

Sales
 Planning and starting new batches, styles and centers in Mumbai and nationally.
 Planning Ads for TLA courses.
Operations
 Filling up batches accordingly and creating new batches.
 Supervision of student’s database and ensuring its effective usage.
 Attending to calls for Personal Training.
 Every day feedback of the calls answered.
 Briefing and follow up with Sales Team and Instructors.
 Giving out poster & flyers to various college, corporate and workshops.
 Compiling of the database.
 Generating idea and identifying potentials to expand TLA business.
 Updating Enquiries Sheet.
Administration & Logistics
 Keeping the track of income and expenses of Andheri Studio.
 Answering walk in queries and collecting fees.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years sales experience.

Minimum Qualification: Graduation.

Operations
 Handling all inbound & outbound calls.
 Interacting with Parents for TLA- YMP Classes.
 Follow up on all calls & inquiries.
 Handling walk-ins at Andheri Office.
 Taking care of the registrations for students.
 Making circulars for office soft boards.
 Keeping a track of number of students in each batch.
 Maintaining the office premise (cleanliness & overall look).
 Keeping a track of Housekeeping staff.
 Using Facebook as a tool for social media.
 Collating all database.
 Assisting HR with Admin Responsibilities.
